Lizzo isn’t shy when it comes to flaunting her body. Time and time again, she’s put it all out there on the ‘Gram despite the barrage of fat shamers who inevitably make their way into the comment section. On Tuesday (April 20), the Grammy Award-winning artist shared a photo of herself in the buff and quickly got the Game’s attention.

“WELCOME TO TAURUS SEASON,” Lizzo wrote in the caption. “To celebrate I wanna give y’all this unedited selfie.. now normally I would fix my belly and smooth my skin but baby I wanted show u how I do it au natural — I am excited to be partnering with @dove and the #DoveSelfEsteemProject which is helping to reverse the negative effects of social media and changing the conversation about beauty standards. Let’s get real y’all.”

Like the many other celebrities taking notice of Lizzo’s post, Game couldn’t help himself from writing, “A true goddess” alongside the snap.

Top Dawg Entertainment artist SZA also weighed in on Lizzo’s photo, praising the “Truth Hurts” singer for her flawless skin and courage to show off her body no matter what society deems “acceptable.”

“It’s you having no blemishes at ALL lol,” she wrote. “sigh I jus admire u Fren. I wanna drop the FaceTime pics.”

Meanwhile, singer/actress Janelle Monàe told Lizzo she was an “ICON and fine.”

Lizzo Tells Her Fat Shamers To Worry About Their ‘Own God Damn Bodies’

As one person joked in the comment section, perhaps this was all a ploy to get Captain America’s attention. After all, Lizzo has made it adamanantly clear just how much affection she has for actor Chris Evans who plays the beloved superhero in the Captain America film franchise. Earlier this week, Lizzo confessed she’d slid into Evans’ DMs one night after indulging in too much alcohol.

“The reason I’m upset about this one is because I know I’m not going to be able to marry him,” she said. “And honestly, it hurts me to the core, because damn, papa, he a rare breed! No comparing!”

But her drunk DM’ing wasn’t all a waste. Lizzo wound up getting a response from Evans who told her, “No shame in a drunk DM. God knows I’ve done worse on this app.”

Lizzo has been vocal about the body positive movement since breaking into the mainstream in 2019 with her Cuz I Love You album but frequently has to fend off her haters — which hasn’t proved to be a problem for her so far.
