Be Your Own Pet Launch New Album ‘MOMMY’

Nashville punks Be Your Own Pet will release new album ‘MOMMY’ on August 25th.

The band released two fantastic, enduringly influential records in their lifespan, before splitting to focus on different projects. Reconvening earlier this year, Be Your Own Pet went back into the studio, promising to deliver something new.

‘MOMMY’ – their first album since 2008 – is certainly different. Out on August 25th, it’s their first on new home Third Man Records – check out the artwork up top.

New single ‘Worship The Whip’ is out now, a flash of extreme rock ‘n’ roll offering guitar music at its most debauched.

Be Your Own Pet hit the Third Man Records shop in London this Monday (June 5th), before playing East London’s Moth Club on June 6th and 7th.
