Noizu is on a roll. Summer saw him play clubs and festivals across the land, alongside frequent trips to the white isle itself, the clubbing mecca that is Ibiza.

An influential selector, his infectious energy makes Noizu’s productions into something to behold. Right from the breakout success of platinum-selling single ‘Summer ’91 (Looking Back)’ – which spent 22 weeks in the Top 100 – he’s been unstoppable, notching up hit after hit.

New single ‘Vogue’ is out now, and it arrives as the summer season comes to a close. With this in mind, Clash invited Noizu to pick out seven key electronic inspirations.

Everything But The Girl – ‘Missing’ (Todd Terry Remix)

This song is a classic, but it always reminds me of Ibiza.

Alan Fitzpatrick, Patrice Rushen – ‘Haven’t You Heard (Fitzy’s Fully Charged Mix)’

I heard Annie Mac drop this and I couldn’t stop listening.

MJ Cole, Nova Caspar, Jaycee – ‘Sincere Re-Cue’D’

I listen to this when I want to relax. Such a good tune!

Boys Noize – ‘Yeah’

I used to play this when I started DJing and still do, I’m obsessed.

Kink – ‘Perth’

I actually hard this in Australia for the first time. It reminds me of good times there.

Mella Dee – ‘Techno Disco Tool’

Another one I heard on Annie Mac’s Radio 1 show and instantly fell in love with it.

Pleasurekraft – ‘Tarantula’

This was an Ibiza anthem for me and my mates.
