THALA has shared her dreamy new song ‘Windowsill’.
The Berlin-based artist aligns with the ever-exceptional Fire Records on incoming EP ‘twotwentytwo’, which is set to be released on November 3rd. Alongside this, the songwriter has lined up a short burst of UK shows, including London’s Camden Assembly on November 1st.
Set to hit Rough Trade West for an in-store on November 2nd, THALA then plays Mutations Festival in Brighton.
New song ‘Windowsill’ plays with light and shade, a song about grasping towards a relationship that is fading. The dreamy soundscapes are reminiscent of 90s guitar pop, while also putting us in mind of peers such as Tallies or Hatchie.
A sign of her incoming EP, THALA comments: “Music is the fuel to heal ourselves in whatever way we need…”
Tune in now.
