It’s a bold return from the American artist, who teams up with Ty Dolla $ign on the hard-hitting single.
Out now, it follows sessions with The Neptunes, who handle production on the cut.
Speaking to Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, SZA explained that the song took focus alongside the Neptunes at DJ Khaled’s house while he was at the Superbowl earlier in the year.
She comments: “I can’t really wrap my head around the experience and I think more so I’m fangirling off of having a track produced by probably the most formative producers and artists for me when I was growing up…”
“I just cannot fucking believe that because it’s my childhood dream and I can’t believe that I made things I that fuck with with someone that really changed my life.”
