Originally from Dundalk, David Keenan travelled to Liverpool when he was barely out of his teens, searching for the realm described to him in The La’s music.
Returning to his native Ireland, he began constructing songwriting realms of his own, taking time to focus his craft.
David Keenan’s second album is incoming, and it’s led by the half-spoken, half-sung soliloquy ‘Peter O’Toole’s Drinking Stories’.
