The song was covered last year by a host of celebrities, a move that didn’t quite earn the social media fame they expected.
This time round, King Krule has opted a slightly more downcast approach, recording his own spartan take on the 1971 song.
Shared via Bandcamp, he writes: “Recorded in sweat, last summer, for a friend…”
