Brazilian born alt-pop riser Nonô has shared her new single ‘MIMOSAS’.
It’s a summer sizzler from the newcomer, who matches her South American heritage to some digi-pop moves.
Her new single exudes energy and charisma, with Nonô using ‘MIMOSAS’ as a means to express female independence.
A song that celebrates the choices women make in life, it trails her new EP (‘Midnight Mimosas’, out on June 4th) and her new headline show (London’s The Grace, July 15th).
She comments…
“‘Mimosas’ is a celebration of women’s independence. The song is about being able to see yourself as the main character in your own life and knowing that you don’t have to wait around for someone to come to your rescue. You can be your own hero and create your own reality…”
