Successful indie rock ‘n’ roll promoters This Feeling have launched a new label.
The club night has evolved into a nationwide series of parties, renowned for their ability to break new groups.
The likes of Blossoms, Black Honey, The Blinders , and more have passed through their ranks, while attendees range from Arctic Monkeys and Liam Gallagher to Paul Weller.
Working in partnership with ADA (part of Warner Music Group), This Feeling Records aims to extend this, shining a light on the UK guitar underground.
This Feeling Records will be headed up by promoter Mikey Jonns and Katie Gwyther of Fear PR.
The pair comment…
“There are a lot of brilliant new bands struggling for exposure, and This Feeling has always been about providing a platform for emerging young talent. We’re excited to be able to go a step further with This Feeling Records to offer acts a label with integrity and passion. The last year was disastrous for the music and arts industry and so we’re aiming to be a lifeline for new talent to be able to prosper.”
