Working Men’s Club have shared their powerful new single ‘X’.
The band’s excellent debut album landed last year, gaining across the board rave reviews.
Sadly, their delirious live endeavours were cut short, with the pandemic shuttering venues across the land.
Working Men’s Club will hit the road this November, confirming plans for a nationwide tour.
We highly recommend checking ’em out, while also giving their new single a listen.
‘X’ is darker than their debut album, digging into their post-punk roots with muscular production from Ross Orton.
The startling video was directed by the band’s visual team, Steve Hockett and IMPA TV.
Steve Hockett comments…
“The video is a visual exploration of the line ‘there’s no start to this end’. Shot in a big ex-industrial fridge by IMPATV, we filmed Syds live performance with graphic projections using live analogue video feedback.”
