NYC-based singer-songwriter Andy Keels is dropping new music. He follows-up on his latest single, “Dead To Me” with the new single “Get Up Stand Up.” A multi-faceted artist, Keels is this time exploring the NYC vibe, grunge rock-inspired feel on “Get Up Stand Up,” an uplifting and empowering song in which Andy invites everyone to speak-up and chase their dreams, even if that means leaving someone behind and accepting the end of a relationship. Keels recorded the single at Germano Studios in New York, with Grammy winning engineer and producer, Dave Rowland (Kanye West, The Killers, John Legend). The beauty of this project is that Andy was able to transform the painful end of a romance into a powerful, groovy, and utterly hopeful and positive sonic feel, with beautiful guitar solos sprinkled here and there. Magical!
