The music video where Boosie Badazz slapped a man for calling him out in a viral moment is finally out. DaBaby joined Boosie in the clip as it’s the official music video for their collaboration “Period.”
In the Motion Family-directed clip, Boosie Badazz and DaBaby turned up inside and outside Paso SuperMarket in Charlotte, North Carolina. Boosie opens the video telling fans about his admiration for Rihanna and how bad he wants to sleep with her before reading bars with DaBaby over hard-hitting production by 14SHOOTERS.
“They call me Boosie, I go stupid, keep a K ’cause it’s serious/If I know you or don’t know you, you ain’t gon’ play with me, period (Pussy-ass)/I make you walk it out, walk it out, walk it out/Yeah, ’bout what I’m talkin’ ’bout,” Boosie rapped.

DaBaby came in with a fiery verse himself rapping about picking off his enemies and flaunting his riches.
“N-gga like to know I play in my video, play with my kids and play with y’all bitches (Uh, uh-huh)/But I bet you I’ma chill up there with God or play ball on the yard before I play with y’all niggas (Bitch-ass niggas),” he spit to close his verse.
Boosie Badazz paid the man he slapped in the beginning of the music video $554. The moment came from a contest Boosie had for fans where he said he would pay someone to be slapped across the face for the music video.
“I got $554 dollars [for] whoever let me slap the fuck out them on the ‘Period’ video,” he said. “I wanna come on that bitch, n-gga playing with me, I’m just going to bat him. BOP! But it got to be real though.”
