Harlem, NY – Cam’ron will hit a milestone in his 24-year career this week when his third studio album, Come Home With Me, turns 20 on Saturday (May 14). Ahead of its anniversary, the Harlem rap star got the celebrations underway at the Apollo Theater in his hometown of Harlem, New York on Thursday night (May 12).
Fans in attendance were treated to a special Q&A interview with media personality Wayno, during which Killa Cam spoke on the making of the album and its impact on his career. Afterward, the Dipset capo performed a concert to commemorate 20 years of his Roc-A-Fella debut.

Footage of the sold-out event showed Cam’ron taking to the iconic stage with a live band and performing songs off the album, along with his lengthy catalog of hits. Fellow Diplomats Jim Jones and Juelz Santana joined their brother on stage to deliver renditions of their respective tracks and classic Dipset records.

Cam’ron released Come Home With Me on May 14, 2002 via Roc-A-Fella Records, Diplomat Records and Def Jam Records. It featured JAY-Z, Beanie Sigel, Memphis Bleek, the late DJ Kay Slay and more, propelling it to No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with first-week sales of 226,000 copies.
The album spawned two hit singles with “Hey Ma” featuring Juelz Santana, Freekey Zekey and Toya, and “Oh Boy,” which also featured Juelz. “Oh Boy” held the top spot on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles chart for five consecutive weeks and peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100, while “Hey Ma” hit the No. 4 spot on the Hot 100.
