Chris Brown‘s sexual assault lawsuit took a major turn on Tuesday (March 8) when text messages from the alleged victim surfaced online, casting doubt on her story.
The R&B singer was accused of drugging and raping the woman (identified only as Jane Doe) on a yacht outside Diddy’s Miami home in December 2020, resulting in a $20 million lawsuit that was filed earlier this year.
But messages reportedly obtained by Miami police show the woman obsessively texting Breezy after the alleged incident, sending him nude selfies and telling him, “u were honestly the best dick I’ve had.”

Fellow comedian Lil Duval also rushed to Chris Brown’s defense while weighing in on the topic of false rape allegations.
“So if Chris brown didn’t have those text y’all would’ve automatically took the woman side,” he asked his 873,000 Twitter followers. “sad part is somebody can come out tomorrow saying the same thing and y’all will still take her side.”
He added, “When y’all be dead ass wrong y’all just act like it never happened. But the person y’all falsely accused is stuck with that stigma of them for the rest of they life. You go to anybody page that was bashing Chris brown none of them apologizing for believing that girl.”

Chris Brown took to his Instagram Stories on Tuesday to share more evidence supporting his innocence, posting a voice note allegedly sent to him by the woman.
“I just want to see you again,” she tells him. “Just let me know if you want me to leave you alone, I definitely will. But I really just want to fuck with you again.”
In a separate Instagram Story, he wrote, “No more dragging me through the mud. CLEARLY YOU CAN ALL SEE THE [cap]. Now let’s see if the media will keep that same energy they had trying to destroy me, to Run the real story.
“Me and my team are taking legal action on this situation. You don’t play with people lives like that. THX TEAM BREEZY.”

In a statement issued to HipHopDX, Chris Brown’s publicist said he didn’t want to publicly address the case, but believes the text messages speak for themselves.
Brown’s attorney, George Vrabeck of Vrabeck Adams & Co. Inc., said he intended “to hold ALL parties accountable so that we might begin to eradicate this behavior from our society. Our client deserves justice. The same justice that all victims of sexual abuse deserve.”
