Orlando, FL – DaBaby’s dominance across the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) remains a force to be reckoned with.
On Sunday (April 18), DaBaby braved Florida’s lingering COVID-19 threat to go stupid alongside HipHopDX Rising Star Toosii and his Billion Dollar Baby Entertainment roster for the DaBaby and Friends concert inside the Orlando Amphitheater.
During the apex of his set, South Coast Music Group CEO Arnold Taylor surprised the North Carolina rapper with several platinum plaques earned from his albums Baby on Baby, KIRK and Blame It on Baby.

Leading the platinum plaque charge was the Roddy-Ricch featured “ROCKSTAR,” which is now 5x platinum. 2019 HipHopDX Song of the Year “Suge” (where DaBaby also received the DX Top Rapper Award) was bestowed its 4th platinum centerpiece. Rounding out the new platinum RIAA tally were the records “BOP” (3X Platinum), “VIBEZ” (2X Platinum), “TOES” (2X platinum), KIRK’s “INTRO” (Platinum), “Goin Baby” (Platinum), and ‘Baby Sitter” (Platinum).
Additionally, DaBaby also received a whopping 14 new gold plaques for songs such as “Find My Way,” “Walking Texas Ranger, “NASTY,” and “BLIND.”
The crew love felt from the DaBaby and Friends concert was also extended to the likes of platinum-selling producer DJ K.I.D., up-and-coming Charlotte rapper Rich Dunk, KayyKilo, Wisdom and comes on the heels of Billion Dollar Baby Entertainment-hosted job fair in efforts to put more talented outsiders into the music industry.
