2022 HipHopDX Rising Star Duke Deuce returned on Thursday (May 5) with an energized new video for his latest single “CRUNKSTARZ.”
The visual finds the Tennessee titan hyping up a crowd with his new track during a show in an abandoned warehouse as he rotates between bouts of melody and straight bars.
“Duke Deuce homie how it feel/N-gga can’t complain it’s a good year/Living like a crunkstar it feel so real/Rolling loud crowd really give a n-gga chills,” the 2022 Rising Star croons.

The latest single from the Quality Control signee comes after he linked up with Juicy J for his NBA Playoffs Anthem “Step Back” earlier in May. In the track’s video, the Memphis native donned a Ja Morant Grizzlies jersey and gave the 2022 NBA Most Improved Player Award victor his flowers during his verse.
“Hoe you hear that chat I’m big balling like Ja Morant/In Hollywood too hollyhood I’m where the freaky models at,” Deuce raps.
Aside from pushing out new tunes, Duke Deuce also came to the defense of his friend Isaiah Rashad, who was outed by a leaked sex tape in February. The 30-year-old plugged the name of his new track to demonstrate that anyone who cared about the TDE rapper’s personal life did not meet the definition of a “Crunkstar.”
“Another man’s preference ain’t got shit to do with me nor anyone else,” Deuce tweeted out. “Isaiah Rashad you a great mf artist keep your head up brother. CRUNKSTARZ dgaf what others think of them.”
“CRUNKSTARZ” will appear on Duke Deuce’s upcoming Crunkstar project. The last time fans got a full offering from the “Crunk Ain’t Dead” rapper was in 2021 with his Duke Nukem project, which featured appearances from A$AP Ferg, Offset, the late Young Dolph, Latto and more.
