Posted by On Thursday (Jan. 8), Jenny Lewis turned 50. The Rilo Kiley leader celebrated the big birthday by marrying her cockapoo, Bobby Rhubarb, who’s immortalized on her 2021 single “Puppy And A Truck.”
Morgan Nagler and Farmer Dave Scher no performed in the ceremony, and Lewis sang the Postal Service’s “Such Great Heights” with Ben Gibbard and Phantom Planet’s “California” with Alex Greenwald for guests at the party. Congrats Jenny!

Earlier this week, Lewis performed at an Altadena benefit concert alongside Dawes, Brandon Flowers, Stephen Stills, Lord Huron, Rufus Wainwright, Mandy Moore, and more. Last year, Rilo Kiley reunited for their first show in 17 years and released a greatest-hits album called That’s How We Choose To Remember It. They have more shows coming up in May.
