Posted by Juicy J remains as prolific as ever almost 30 years after his horror-inspired — and highly influential — introduction as part of Three 6 Mafia.
The Memphis native has released four albums, nine mixtapes and a slew of hit singles — including a cameo on Katy Perry’s chart-topping “Dark Horse” — in the last decade, and there’s no sign of him slowing down.
Over the past week, Juicy J has revealed plans to release two collaborative albums with two different artists. On Friday (February 4), he announced he’s dropping a joint project with Wiz Khalifa called Stoner’s Night on February 11 while sharing the cover art on Instagram.

Borrowing its title from Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa’s series of mixtape collaborations, Stoner’s Night serves as the duo’s second full-length effort following 2016’s Rude Awakening, which was produced entirely by 808 Mafia’s TM88.
The Taylor Gang teammates have so far released a handful of singles from the forthcoming project, including “Pop That Trunk” and “Backseat” featuring Juicy J’s older brother and fellow Memphis rap legend Project Pat.

As for the other album he’s working on, Juicy J announced on Monday (February 7) that he’s also plotting a joint project with Pi’erre Bourne, the 28-year-old producer best known for Playboi Carti’s “Magnolia” and 6ix9ine’s “GUMMO.”
Juicy paired the announcement with a grainy, VHS-style video of himself and Bourne cooking up in the studio, tinkering with a dark, heavily-sedated beat that evokes Three 6 Mafia’s early work.
Bourne — who just recently joined forces with TM88 for Yo!88 — added to the excitement by sharing the clip on Twitter and simply stating “Culture.”

Surrounding himself with youth appears to be Juicy J’s secret to staying trippy. The 46-year-old’s last solo album, The Hustle Continues, arrived in November 2020 complete with appearances from Lil Baby, Pooh Shiesty, NLE Choppa, Rico Nasty and Kaash Paige among others.
“I’ve been doing this for a long time … and I’m gonna keep going,” he told MTV News in 2020. “My kids’ kids will be listening to Juicy J. I’m gonna be like Tony Bennett around here: 80 years old and still getting Grammys and shit. This is what I love to do and I’m a genius at it — so give me my flowers, man.”
