It’s no secret most rappers have an affinity for tattoos. Whenever someone gets some new ink done, they’re guaranteed to show it off to fans. Over the weekend, Kodak Black was the latest rapper to get a tattoo done, but he got it in an unusual spot.
A video of Kodak Black’s new ink surfaced online with the rapper showing off the tattoo while wearing his iced-out jewelry. The Miami native got the words “red” and “rum” tatted in red on each of his eyelids. For those who don’t know, “red rum” is “murder” spelled backward and was made famous by the Stephen King film The Shining.
That may not be the message the “No Flockin” artist wants to promote following his ongoing issues with the law.
He wrote in the caption, “Ain’t been sleep in a week still catching the biggest Z’s and this ain’t even everything or what’s coming.”

This isn’t the first fresh tattoo Kodak Black got since his January prison release. Following Donald Trump’s presidential pardon, Kodak got his lawyer’s name, Bradford Cohen, tattooed on the side of his left hand as a sign of appreciation for all the attorney has done for him. Kodak also got another tattoo in the middle of his forehead while incarcerated.
Last week, Kodak and Pooh Shiesty linked up in Miami for a quick hangout session where they posed for photos together and hopped on Instagram live to exchange pleasantries.
For those unfamiliar, Shiesty and Kodak briefly engaged in a feud in March when they went back and forth about who originated the “money spread” pose for pics. They both tried to take ownership of the move by digging deep into the archive showing off themselves hitting the pose and flossing their money.
