Lil Durk Issues The Rules To Posting Money On ‘The Gram’

Rappers love flexing their money with any chance they get. It’s gotten to a point that people such as Pooh Shiesty and Kodak Black have argued over who started the excessive displays of wealth. According to Lil Durk, though, not everyone has the right to show off their dead presidents.

On Monday (May 31), Lil Durk took to Twitter to offer some guidelines when it comes to first-timers partaking in money-spreading challenges.

“You can post your money if you take care your family and put your n-ggas in position to win,” Durkio wrote alongside a picture of him posing behind a wall of cash. “And def make sure your kids took good care of you gotta be a opp or somebody wit me hit ya hoe if you hate on me .. THE VOICE OF THE HEROS 6/4.”

It’s important for rappers to use their wealth in ways that are beneficial to them. Posting on social media is great for attention but where does it go from there?  Rappers such as JAY-Z, Nas, the late Nipsey Hussle and more have advised their peers to use their money more efficiently and some have taken heed.

While Durkio continues to give his fans and peers lessons on how to flex on Instagram, the Chicago rapper is gearing up for the June 4 release of his joint album with Lil Baby titled The Voice of the Heroes. On May 31, Durk and Baby provided a Memorial Day gift with the release of the album’s title track and accompanying visual.
