Covington, TN – The Memphis Police Department reportedly discovered the white Mercedes-Benz they believe was used in Young Dolph’s murder in the Orange Mound neighborhood of Memphis over the weekend. Now, FOX13 News reports the same car has been linked to a double shooting in Covington, Tennessee.
According to the Covington Police Department, the incident took place on November 12 around 9:20 p.m. local time. Two people got out of the car and started shooting at the victims as they left a football game. Covington police later confirmed it was the same vehicle used in the killing of Young Dolph.

Police said the car was seen on video circling the parking lot approximately 30 minutes before the game. Two women were injured and taken to the hospital, and the police later confirmed one of the women succumbed to her injuries. The other victim reportedly remains hospitalized after being shot multiple times.
Young Dolph was fatally shot on November 17 as he picked up cookies from Makeda’s Homemade Cookies. Eyewitnesses at the scene reported seeing a white Mercedes-Benz flee the scene shortly after the shots were fired. The following day, another man was shot nearby the makeshift memorial set up outside of the bakery and taken the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
But another man wasn’t so lucky. On Sunday (November 21), a man was shot and killed just a few feet away from where the Mercedes-Benz was found.
