NLE Choppa’s use of holistic medicine, herbology and meditation has changed the young rapper’s life for the better. The “Shotta Flow” lyricist even has his own health and wellness site, where fans can purchase some of the herbal tonics, sea moss and other items he’s come to rely on in recent years.
This drastic change in NLE Choppa’s lifestyle has apparently caused some changes to his gut as well. He took to Twitter on Friday (April 8) to report that he experiences “5 to 7” bowel movements a day, adding that if anyone’s having less than two a day it’s “not good.”
“I’m so healthy I shit atleast 5 to 7 times a day,” the Memphis rapper wrote. “Consistent vowel movements mean the body is caught up to what’s on the stomach currently, not what’s been bloating in you. Vowel movements often means healing. If you are not using the rest room atleast 2 times a day, not good.”
He added, “I shit 5 to 7 times cause I eat a lot cause I fast even more. So when I come off my fast I be ready to eat. Since the food is alkaline it’s runs right through me. Moral of story you should shit for every meal.”

Choppa has often preached about the benefits of his newfound lifestyle, telling HipHopDX in an interview last July that those eager to change their life just need to have a bit of self-assurance.
“It starts with you,” NLE said of meditation. “It’s all about getting in the right space, being comfortable. You don’t have to sit in certain ways. You ain’t got to do all that. It’s just you being comfortable. Focus on your breathing. Control your thoughts. And if you having wonders, anxieties, anything in your head to where you can’t focus on your breathing … ’cause you worrying about shit? You gotta make a box in your head. A mental thought box for real.”
He’s also previously spoken on Twitter about what “hybrid foods” people shouldn’t consume if they want a healthy gut like his.
“These Here Are Few Hybrid Food Options You Shouldn’t Be Consuming,” he tweeted, referring to foods that are “cross-bred” and not naturally grown in nature. “Spinach, Broccoli, Banana, Carrots, Corn, Potatoes, Rice, Bread, Breakfast Cereals, Tumeric, And Peppermint. These are just a few.”
