Hot on the heels of visual releases from his fellow Paper Route Empire labelmates Key Glock and Big Unccc, Kenny Muney continues to keep the memory of late Memphis rapper Young Dolph alive by following through with the Rich Slave lyricist’s plan to kick off his career.
On Friday (February 4), Kenny Muney took to Twitter to announce his new album Time is Muney, coupled with bars from the video for his new “Petro” single.
“Hell naw I ain’t selling no lies, I ain’t selling no dreams, lil bitch I sell [Shushing face emoji/fuel pump emojis/money bag emoji],” he wrote in part in the tweet. “‘Petro’ movie out now,…TAPE DROP 2/11/22, go pre-order now we going nun stop crazy.”
Fully capitalizing on the gas-station theme, Kenny Muney counts up big bags of cash in a Chevron polo as he posts up behind the counter of a janky convenience store. It appears there is actually a clerk on duty working behind him and helping out the paying customers while he raps.

Most recently, Kenny Muney paid homage to his mentor Young Dolph, who was fatally shot on November 17 outside of his favorite hometown bakery, in the video for “Role Model.”
