This isn’t the first time Polo G has had to quell online rumors about him. The Chicago lyricist recently had to rebuke a claim made by RapTV on Twitter that said he enjoyed Sketchers more than Air Jordans.
“I ain’t lie I don’t remember sayin this shit,” Polo G wrote on Twitter.
Polo G has been riding high off the success of his Hall of Fame 2.0 tape, giving his Lil Baby-assisted single “Don’t Play” the visual treatment in February. Polo G also recently lent his talents to Coi Leray, who confirmed on Twitter she had secured a Polo G feature for her forthcoming debut album.
“POLOOOOO G VOCALS BEEN APPROVED MYYYYY DAYYYYYYY HAS BEEEEEN MADEEEEEEE,” Leray tweeted on Saturday (March 26). “THIS SONG ISSSSS EPICCCCC.”
