Kanye West hit the studio with Pusha T, A$AP Rocky, The Game and Re-Up Gang’s Ab-Liva last month. Now it looks like the Clipse MC is ready to share the results of some of those sessions.
On Monday (February 7), Pusha T’s manager Steven Victor shared a short clip to his Instagram account teasing an upcoming video from Kanye and his G.O.O.D. Music artist. Shot in black-and-white, the visual finds both rappers dressed in black as the piano-laced beat soars in the background. Throughout the 29-second clip, Kanye doesn’t spit a single word, just nods along to the music.
“Imagine every player ain’t been coached right,” Pusha T raps. “Master recipes under stove lights/The number on this jersey is the quote price/You ordered Diet Coke, that’s a joke, right?/Everybody get it off the boat, right?/But really only I can have a snow fight/Detroit n-gga challenge, what’s your dope like?”

The full song, titled “Diet Coke,” will be released at midnight ET on Tuesday (February 8). According to FakeShoreDrive, the track was produced by Kanye West and 88-Keys.

On January 27, Pusha T sparked speculation about his status on the G.O.O.D. Music label by posting paperwork from his completed Def Jam Recordings contract while thanking Kanye West in the caption.
“Some people call you their brother, other people show you you’re BROTHERS,” he wrote. “Thanx ‘Yezos…’ @kanyewest,” a nod to Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.
Steven Victor clarified his client’s label situation in a subsequent statement to Complex, saying, “[He’s still with] G.O.O.D. Music, he’s just not signed to Def Jam anymore. This is his last album on Def Jam. I mean, we might re-sign with Def Jam, I’m just saying he fulfilled his contract obligation.
“He might re-sign with Def Jam, it’s just the whole point of it is that he’s still with Kanye regardless to wherever he ends up with his next projects. It will be with Kanye.”
Pusha T’s upcoming album — rumored to be titled It’s Not Dry Yet — serves as the follow-up to 2018’s DAYTONA and is reportedly produced entirely by Kanye West and The Neptunes.
“The album of the muthafuckin’ year is coming,” King P told Complex last month. “A Pusha album takes a long time … but when it comes together, ain’t nothing fucking with it. I’m on some one thousand percent rap superhero shit. You know me, I have to reinvent myself. I just have to reinvent my greatness.”
