Quavo’s post wasn’t altruistic though as he has a vested interest in consumers picking Martell over Hennessey. The multi-platinum selling rapper has a partnership with Martell, serving as an ambassador for the brand.

Last year, HipHopDX spoke to Quavo about his deal with Martell. During the interview, he made a pitch for choosing Blue Swift instead of Hennessy.
