Roddy Ricch has built up a strong partnership with Mustard over the years and it’s set to continue. Fresh off the release of his Live Life Fast album in December, the Compton rapper is back in the studio working hard on his upcoming mixtape, Feed Tha Streets 3.
Taking to Twitter on Saturday night (January 29), Roddy Ricch revealed he’s recorded a new song with Mustard that took less than 10 minutes to make.
“me and @mustard vibe so crazy !!” he wrote. “made one in 7 minutes.”
Mustard added, “this shit really scary !”

Since 2019, the pair have collaborated on a number of a songs that have charted highly on the Billboard Hot 100 and across the world.
Mustard recruited Roddy Ricch for his Perfect Ten song “Ballin” in 2019, with the track peaking at No. 11 on the chart and holding firm as the producer’s biggest single as a lead artist to date.
He went on to produce Roddy Ricch’s Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial song “High Fashion” that reached No. 20. The duo then worked together on “Late at Night” from Ricch’s latest album Live Life Fast, which also hit No. 20.
Just days before linking up with Roddy Ricch again, Mustard was spotted in the studio with legendary West Coast producer DJ Quik.

Live Life Fast debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 chart with roughly 62,000 total album-equivalent units. The album featured the likes of Future, Kodak Black, 21 Savage, Takeoff, Jamie Foxx, Ty Dolla $ign, Fivio Foreign, Lil Baby and Gunna.
Two weeks after it dropped, Roddy Ricch announced his third Feed Tha Streets project would be released in 2022, writing on Twitter, “FTS 3 comin 2022 , u n-ggas playin wit my top.” The original Feed Tha Streets was released in 2017, with the sequel arriving in 2018.
