Will Smith’s alleged ex-lover has come clean about the pair’s brief romance in a new tell-all memoir.
Garcelle Beauvais, who stars in the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, also detailed a fling she had with legendary ball player Michael Jordan in her new book titled Love Me As I Am. She writes that she met the King Richard star in the early 1990s and ended things when Will’s son mistook Beauvais for Jada Pinkett Smith.
“I remember one-day calling will and he was in the car, and his son, Sheree, [they] were in the back,” she wrote referring to Will’s son and ex-wife Sheree.
“So you know, he picked up on the car or Bluetooth or whatever it was back in the day, or speakerphone—whatever it was—and he said, ‘Hey, how are you doing?’ And I said, ‘I’m great.’”

The son then apparently asked, “[Is that] Miss Jada on the phone?” This comment inferred to Beauvais that she was not the only one loving up on the Hollywood star.
“And that’s when I was like okay – I’m not the only one. Exit stage left.”
She claimed to have ended the romance and, shortly after, Will married Jada Pinkett Smith in 1997.
The memoir comes as the Oscar backlash against Will Smith seems to slowly be dying out. It was announced on April 8 the famed actor would be banned from all Academy events, including the Oscars, for 10 years due to his physical on-air assault of Chris Rock at the 94th Oscars awards show. The assault occurred after Rock had made a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith’s bald head.
Will had already voluntarily resigned from The Academy on April 1, and will still keep his Best Actor Oscar award for his performance in the King Richard biopic based on Serena and Venus Williams’ father Richard Williams.
