Gunna is currently hospitalized for unknown reasons — but apparently feeling well enough for guests. Shortly after the news broke, Gunna shared a video clip of Young Thug showing up in his room with not one but four luxury watches — three Audemars Piguet pieces and one Cartier.
“Still my birthday,” Gunna says with a laugh. “Still my birthday. Not one, not two, not three, FOUR. Still my birthday!” He added in the caption, “My twin @thuggerthugger1 ain’t never late. I think I’m feeling better already.”

Gunna, who’s signed to 300 Entertainment and Young Thug’s YSL Records label, turned 28 last month.
“Heating Up” collaborator Lil Baby gifted him $100,000 in an Air Jordan shoe box to mark the occasion. On June 14, Baby posted several videos of the celebration to his Instagram Stories as Gunna opened the box and flashed the bundles of cash.
Lil Baby wrote in the caption, “Happy 4 Day Twin !! @gunna this shit 4evaaaaaa. @gunna happy c day you Kno how I’m coming.”
Gunna has yet to explain what landed him in the hospital but judging by his visitors, he’s in good company.
