Trey Songz Caught Exposing Woman's Bare Breast On Camera As Victim Demands $5M Payout

Ledyard, CT – Trey Songz continues to face accusations of sexual misconduct, assault and harassment. On Thursday (April 21), TMZ published a video in which Trey exposes a woman’s breast during a party at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Ledyard, Connecticut in 2013. The woman — Megan Johnson — now wants millions.

In a letter from Johnson’s attorneys George Vrabeck and Ariel Mitchell, Trey is accused of sexual assault and battery with “a reckless disregard for her safety.” It also explains what Johnson alleged happened that day.

Apparently, Johnson had asked a friend of hers to take her photo when Trey snuck up behind her and pulled her breast out from her bikini top. He then allegedly shouted “titties out in the open” multiple times. Johnson quickly covers up out of embarrassment and tries to laugh it off, but her attorneys say the incident led to “severe emotional distress” and “self-harm.”

Vrabeck and Mitchell said Johnson was trigged after Trey Songz was cleared in a similar Las Vegas case earlier this month. Johnson will only drop the suit if he coughs up at least $5 million.

Johnson is the fourth woman to come forward with claims of sexual assault against Trey Songz over the last few months. College basketball player Dylan Gonzalez (who also played on Master P’s team) came forward in January, claiming he raped her nine years ago. She, too, admitted she was trigged by the Las Vegas case.

As she wrote in a tweet at the time, “I am forced to repeatedly relive in my mind, and suffer anew, the long-suppressed horror and unbearable PTSD of my rape by his very hands at a well-known Las Vegas hotel.”

Just a month later, a Jane Doe (later identified as Jahuara Jeffries) filed a $20 million suit against Trey in Los Angeles, calling him a “brutal rapist” after their alleged encounter in 2016. In December 2021, she refiled a suit in Miami against Trey claiming he raped her at a New Year’s Day party in 2018.

Johnson may run into a statute of limitations issue considering. In Connecticut, the statute of limitations on sexual assault is typically three years. However, if there’s a memory issue with the alleged victim where she didn’t recall the incident until she was triggered, she may be able to extend that period.
