Future has enjoyed an impressive commercial run dominating the mainstream Hip Hop scene for much of the 2010s. While the wins keep piling up, Pluto rarely takes a step back to bask in his success.
However, over the weekend, the RIAA honored Future with a special plaque for passing 95,000,000 million units sold throughout his career to this point.
“95 million,” the award’s presenter said, which drew a roar from the crowd. “That in our program history — our program is 65 years old — is an amazing and rare feat. We are so enormously proud of you and so grateful to be with you today to celebrate this enormous milestone.”

The sales plaque ceremony was just part of Future’s busy weekend in Miami. He headlined Rolling Loud on Saturday night (July 23) where he welcomed Travis Scott into the fold, who served as a special guest during his set. La Flame performed “Hold That Heat” and “Goosebumps” while helping Future with his “March Madness” anthem.
Travis was rumored to be banned from the Hardrock Stadium after Rolling Loud founder Tariq Cherif fueled rumors in an Instagram comment — which he eventually walked back — calling out how Travis wasn’t allowed to perform as a Kanye West replacement at the venue because of 2021’s Astroworld Festival tragedy.
Future collected a few more plaques in June for his I NEVER LIKED YOU album, which went gold alongside project standout “Puffin On Zootiez,” while the Drake-assisted “Wait For U” reached platinum status.
