NBA Ben10 and YoungBoy Never Broke Again‘s brother, OG 3Three, have reportedly been arrested in connection with a shooting involving Detroit rapper AllStar JR earlier this year. Both individuals were taken into custody by the FBI on Thursday, September 10, 2026. According to reports, four other individuals were also apprehended in relation to the incident, which occurred at a Houston restaurant on April 8.

The shooting reportedly stemmed from an alleged attempted robbery targeting AllStar JR. During the confrontation, JR managed to secure a firearm and discharged multiple rounds, striking three people, including NBA Ben10. Subsequent legal filings in Harris County Court revealed that Ben10 sustained a severe spine injury, resulting in irreversible paralysis of his lower extremities.

AllStar JR was arrested in Michigan shortly after the incident in April and remains in custody. He currently faces an aggravated assault charge in Harris County, which includes an enhancement for causing a traumatic brain or spine injury, alongside federal charges for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Reports indicate that the altercation escalated to the point where JR allegedly attempted to fire at Ben10’s head after running out of ammunition.

Despite the life-altering consequences of the shooting, NBA Ben10 addressed the situation publicly in August. In a video shared on social media, he expressed that he holds no ill will toward JR, stating, “The whole thing went wrong but […] he ain’t do sh*t wrong but take care of business.” Since the incident, Ben10 has reportedly been confined to a wheelchair. Federal authorities have yet to release specific details regarding the charges filed against Ben10 and OG 3Three.
