Georgia Twinn's 'Matty Healy' Is A Self-Confessed "Breakup Banger"

Essex riser Georgia Twinn has shared her new single ‘Matty Healy’.

The single is a self-confessed “breakup banger” but no, she hasn’t been dating The 1975 frontman.

Fresh from precocious alt-pop hymns ‘You Shouldn’t Have F****d With Me’ and its follow up ‘I Don’t Mind’, the teen songwriter is delving into her personal life.

Yep, she really dated a guy who rated himself more than Matty Healy – we know, right?

“I was inspired by quite a negative person in my life,” she says in the press note, “who I was in ‘love’ with and they’d always say they looked better than Matty Healy and I was like ‘no!!!’ because I wasn’t going to let anyone ruin Matty or The 1975 for me when they’d eventually break my heart lol. And that’s exactly what happened. This is one of a few break-up bangers I have on the way”.

Sonically she leans in on glossy Healywave vibes, a potent alt-pop banger that thrives on its accessibility.
