Peeping Drexels Exude Illicit Charm On 'Miami Lounge'

Underground vagabonds Peeping Drexels have shared their new single ‘Miami Lounge’.

The band have signed to tastemaker imprint Brace Yourself Records, with a full EP landing on May 14th.

The five-piece are beloved by 6Music’s own Steve Lamacq, and one listen to their new single emphasises why.

‘Miami Lounge’ feels like three songs pasted together, with its ad hoc charm lending the songwriting a surrealistic air.

Exuding an illicit sense of charisma, ‘Miami Lounge’ is held together by that preening, careering vocals.

Discussing the song, Peeping Drexels say they cover topics such as “failed romances and simplistic pleasures, such as sunny days and video games…”

Tune in now.
