The UK’s first posh drill rapper Unknown P has inked a major label deal.
After months of hilarious clips – including his take on the Chip / Stormzy beef – Unknown P has been pinned down by a major label.
The drill rapper has signed to Atlantic, and celebrated the deal with a typically funny quip on social media.
New material is presumably incoming, and it’ll be interesting to see if the character can be sustained across a full track.
That said, with his recent Fire In The Booth causing a ruckus, we bet it’ll be entertaining…
Here’s the announce.
I’ve signed to Atlantic Records!
Two years of sketches, one Fire in the Booth and a few middle class bars later and here we are!
Thank you for supporting my parodies & sharing my sketches, I’m so grateful and deffo cracking open a Shloer tonight. @AtlanticRcrdsUK pic.twitter.com/lpRFcVCLh2
