Top5 was originally arrested on accessory to murder charges in February but released on bail in late March and then remained on house arrest until he cut his ankle monitor off once the charges were upgraded in May to first-degree murder and three counts of failure to comply with bail.
The Los Angeles Police Department reportedly made the arrest using a provisional American arrest warrant. Top5 hasn’t remained quiet while fleeing Canadian authorities.
