Cardi B once rapped “I don’t cook, I don’t clean” on 2020’s “WAP,” but she tried to change that narrative by cooking dinner for Offset earlier this week.
The Bronx native attempted cheffing up some chicken wings for her hubby, but at least one batch didn’t go to plan, as they were burnt to a crisp. Offset took to Instagram to show off Cardi’s kitchen skills on Tuesday night (May 24) while clowning the overcooked wings.
“Shawty burnt the wings,” he said while showing off his falsetto. “These good, I’ma keep it real, but boy, these right here — these muthafuckas burnt!”

To be fair, there was a whole other batch that looked perfectly edible, but it was funny to hear Set cracking on Cardi’s cooking skills.
The 29-year-old has never been afraid to try out new hobbies, which was turned into her Cardi Tries series. In the past, she’s given cooking a go, ballet, being a teacher and most recently she threw on a skirt and learned how to play tennis with Normani.
On the music side, it’s been very quiet for new tunes from the Grammy-winning rapper. She explained earlier this month that she’s been experiencing “technical difficulties” with her music when it comes to recording.
