Drake has been accused by a trolling cosmetic surgeon of undergoing liposuction, and it’s all because he insulted Megan Thee Stallion on his new album Her Loss.
Drizzy made headlines on Friday (November 4) when he insinuated on the song “Circo Loco” that Megan lied about Tory Lanez shooting her in the feet, to which Meg issued a scathing rebuttal.
“This bitch lie about getting shots, but she still she a stallion / She don’t even get the joke, but she still smiling,” Drake rapped on the Daft Punk-sampling track.
Megan’s fans have also taken issue with the 6 God’s bars, including celebrity cosmetic surgeon Dr. Miami, who posted a viral TikTok on Sunday (November 6) insinuating that Drake had previously come to him for liposuction.
“When Drake asks me to do his second round of lipo but I am a Hottie before I am a surgeon,” the video’s caption read, referring to Megan Thee Stallion’s fanbase.

Dr. Miami, who hosted the eponymous reality TV series on WE tv, clarified in the comments section that he hasn’t actually given Drake lipo in the past and was simply referring to online speculation about him having cosmetic surgery.
“Guys I have no medical knowledge regarding Drake,” he wrote. “This is based off a Twitter conspiracy of him having lipo and a BBL.”
Drake has yet to respond to Dr. Miami’s TikTok, but Megan Thee Stallion wasn’t the only target of his lyrical wrath on Her Loss, a full-length collaboration with 21 Savage.
Kanye West, DRAM and Serena Williams’s husband also caught strays, but Meg was the first to call out the Toronto native.
“Stop using my shooting for clout bitch ass N-ggas! Since when tf is it cool to joke abt women getting shot !” she fired back on Twitter. “You n-ggas especially RAP N-GGAS ARE LAME! Ready to boycott bout shoes and clothes but dog pile on a black woman when she say one of y’all homeboys abused her.
“And when the mf facts come out remember all y’all hoe ass favorite rappers that stood behind a N-gga that SHOT A FEMALE. People attack me y’all go up for it , i defend myself now I’m doing too much … every time it never ends and this did NOT happen until I came out and said I got shot … y’all don’t fwm okay cool fuck it bye.”
DRAM was also particularly upset when he heard Drake’s dig at him on the Lil Yachty-assisted “BackOutsideBoyz.”
“Tried to bring the drama to me, he ain’t know how we cha-cha slide,” Drake rapped on the track, seemingly alluding to DRAM catching a beat down from his security. (In 2015, DRAM accused Drake’s “Hotline Bling” of stealing his single “Cha Cha.”)
“Aye, somebody tell Drake to shut the fuck up about that shit, man,” DRAM said in a Twitter video. “Fucking five years ago. This n-gga never touched me. I pressed his ass. I ain’t gonna hold you, his bodyguards went to town on the kid. But his bodyguards did it, not his bitch ass. He ain’t touch me. He’s a bitch, you know that.”
The controversy appears to have only helped Her Loss, which is expected to earn between 335,000 and 350,000 album-equivalent units in its first week, good enough for a No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200.
