Calabasas, CA – Ye (the man formerly known as Kanye West) was seemingly irate on Saturday (January 15) when he wasn’t invited to his daughter Chicago’s fourth birthday party. But thanks to Travis Scott and his girlfriend Kylie Jenner, the eccentric rapper was able to celebrate with his family after all.
Not long after airing out ex-wife and the mother of his children Kim Kardashian, he returned with a social media update and revealed he’d just left the soiree.
“Yo, I’m so happy right now,” he says in the clip “I just came from Chi’s party and I just got to shout out Travis Scott for sending me the address and the time and making sure that I was able to spend that birthday memory with my daughter, to be there with the rest of my family.
“It was Kris [Jenner] and Corey [Gamble], Kylie … Kylie let me in right when I got to the spot ’cause security stopped me once again when I got there.”

According to Page Six, a source close to Kardashian claimed the Calabasas socialite was surprised by Kanye’s tirade, saying he agreed to do a separate event with Chicago beginning at 4 p.m. PST that afternoon. But Kanye either has amnesia or didn’t agree to the arrangement in the first place. Whatever the case, he was satisfied with the outcome — despite Kardashian’s current squeeze Pete Davidson being there who he just threatened to beat up in the song “Eazy” featuring The Game.
“It’s just a matter of having a conversation, open dialogue,” he continued. “Everyone just had a great time. I’m just really happy I could be there for my children, and I just want to thank everybody for their support in this situation. Let me just calmly and legally take control of my narrative.
“I know we disagree — people have different opinions on a lot of different things I do. But with this one, this is my main focus. My life centers around my children. I just had a great time today. Thanks everybody for your support.”
Kanye called out Kardashian’s sister Khloé and the father of her daughter Tristan Thompson in his original video, saying in part, “I done call Kim [Kardashian], texted nannies, I got on the phone with Tristan [Thompson]. He asked Khloé [why] won’t nobody give me the address to my daughter’s birthday party right now.
“That’s gonna imprint in her mind that I wasn’t there for her. You get what I’m saying? They been takin’ fathers out of the homes purposefully. So I’m speaking up. I’m using my voice to say this ain’t going to keep happenin’.”
