After Lil Durk cast his viral lookalike in his “Blocklist” music video, the OTF head brought out his “Perkio” doppelgänger during a performance stop in Miami, Florida on Monday (April 18).
In a video captured of the moment, Durk kicked off a performance of the 7220 cut before beckoning his “Perkio” twin to take the stage with them. The pair can be seen vibing to the track before Durk shouts out his twin and tells the crowd to make some noise for him.

Durk’s relationship with “Perkio” began after Durk fans flooded a Broward County shopping mall for what they thought was a meet and greet with the superstar rapper. In a 15-minute video captured of the debacle, YouTuber King Cid went all out to convince the eager fans they were hanging with the Chicago rhymer, when instead they were chilling with a fake lookalike.
They rented a Lamborghini, hired a security entourage with fake paparazzi, and even copied Durk’s tattoos. Hundreds of hyped fans cheered on the fraudulent Durk and posed with him for dozens of photos.
The 7220 lyricist ended up co-signing his lookalike seen in the prank. He reposted a viral TikTok earlier this week of the doppelgänger and his girl doing their best Durk and India Royale impression while his “Difference Is” song soundtracked the joke.
“Blocklist” is the ninth single off 7220. Lil Durk recently gave “What Happened to Virgil” the visual treatment on April 12 with a video that was directed by Lyrical Lemonade’s Cole Bennett. 7220 was released on March 11 and features appearances from Future, Gunna, Summer Walker, and Morgan Wallen.
