By now, it’s well documented how much Snoop Dogg despises Donald Trump. His 2017 video collaboration with BADBADNOTGOOD “Lavender” illustrated his disdain for the former reality television star perfectly when Snoop held a fake gun to a Trump lookalike’s head and pulled the trigger.
In a clip uploaded to YouTube on September 8, Snoop once again set his sights on the man occupying the White House and reminded everyone how much of a racist he thinks Trump truly is.
“So, me and my homeboys sittin’ up here talkin’ about all the people that President Trump disrespected,” he said in a video post. “Women, gays, transgenders, Blacks, Mexicans, Asians, and now veterans. Hmmm. Seems like he’s disrespecting every color in the world and everything that ain’t what he is, which is a racist.
“With that being said, the people that voted for him got exactly what they wanted,” he added. “They gave them what he said he was gon’ do. So, the next muthafucka, you better tell us what we gon’ get for your vote. You better show up and deliver, period. We just want some peace, love, equality, and tranquillity for everybody. All lives. Just basic conversation. Now carry on.”
As previously noted, Snoop’s outspoken views on Trump have made their way online numerous times since the 2016 election. In fact, the aforementioned “Lavender” video even caught Trump’s attention.
Following the visual’s release, Trump slammed Snoop on Twitter, writing, “Can you imagine what the outcry would be if @SnoopDogg, failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama? Jail time!”
Trump’s lawyer also weighed in, telling TMZ, “You know what’s really sad is that there’s so much more that Snoop can do for this country than these sort of ridiculous videos. Maybe something he wants to do is join my diversity coalition for Trump.
“Maybe what he wants to do is join Jim Brown with the Amer-I-can program, and maybe there are other things he can do in order to help the inner cities get past the violence and the drugs and the killings that are going on, instead of showing more killings.”
Snoop, however, decided not to respond to the criticism.
The November election is right around the corner and Trump will take on Democratic nominee Joe Biden. In June, Snoop admitted he’d be voting for the first time to ensure Trump doesn’t get re-elected. He made the commitment during a Real 92.3 LA interview with Big Boy.
“I ain’t never voted a day in my life, but this year I think Imma get out and vote because I can’t stand to see this punk in office one more year,” Snoop said. “For many years they had me brainwashed thinking that you couldn’t vote cause you had a criminal record. I didn’t know that. My record’s been expunged, so now I can vote.”
