CBS46 reports officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Peeples Street in southwest Atlanta on the afternoon of December 10 and upon arrival, discovered Adams laying in the street with a gunshot wound to the head. He was rushed to Grady Hospital, but doctors were unable to save him.
A second victim, 32-year-old Kevin Wright, was dropped off at a local fire station by a private vehicle minutes later. While he too suffered a gunshot wound, he survived.
Atlanta Police Homicide Investigators determined the two shootings are possibly related. Lucci is charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
Through an “exhaustive” investigation in coordination with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, police also arrested 23- year-old Ra’von Boyd and 17-year-old Leroy Pitts.
