Cardi B Will Be On DJ Khaled’s ‘Khaled Khaled’ After Submitting Her Vocals In Time

DJ Khaled’s highly-anticipated twelfth studio album Khaled Khaled will be arriving Friday (April 30), and fans were blown away by the tracklist the Miami native revealed alongside the album cover. While people are still trying to take in all the big-name artists on the album, DJ Khaled dropped another bombshell hours before the impending release.

On Thursday (April 30), DJ Khaled announced the news via Twitter and Instagram with a video reenactment when he found out Cardi B sent her vocals for the new album. Fans see Khaled checking out some ice-cold chains and watches from his jeweler when a friend comes to tell him The Bronx rapper sent her vocals in time.

Khaled couldn’t believe what he heard, and once he snapped back to his senses, the Miami native threw his friend to the ground before jumping into his pool screaming, “Cardi B vocals is in! Update the tracklist right now!”

“CARDI B VOCALS IS IN,” Khaled wrote in the caption of all his posts. “101%%% JAMIE UPDATE THE TRACKLIST NOW!!!! #KHALEDKHALED TONIGHT MIDNIGHT!!! IMA GIVE U A LIGHT SHOW.”

Khaled took his excitement a step further and posted a video of Michael Jordan’s iconic last shot against the Utah Jazz in the closing seconds of the 1998 NBA Finals with Cardi’s head attached to Air Jordan’s body.

“THE FANS IS GOING IN,” Khaled wrote. “CARIDI B WIT THE BUZZER BEATER ! WOW ! Wait to your hear the @iamcardib vocals WOW!!!!!!!!!!

Before news got out that Cardi B would be on Khaled Khaled, fans thought the most prominent and final surprise would be JAY-Z and Nas joining forces on the album. Khaled teased the NYC rap legends will be colliding on “Sorry Not Sorry” alongside James Fauntleroy and The Hive after unveiling the official tracklist on Instagram.
