Dusty Locane's Camp Denies Drive-By Shooting Reports

Manchester, N.H. – Dusty Locane performed at Jewell Nightclub in Manchester, New Hampshire on Thursday night (July 15). Reports of a drive-by shooting targeting the Brooklyn drill rapper leaving four injured emerged in the hours following the show, but Dusty Locane’s publicists are denying any connection to the altercation.

“It’s a case of mistaken identity,” Audible Treats relayed to HipHopDX. “It was not Dusty Locane’s van. He did have a show in Manchester last night but he and his crew made it home safely without incident.”

Patch reports shots were fired at a van carrying 15 individuals around 2 a.m. ET on Interstate 293 who were previously at the nightclub watching the “Rumble” rapper’s performance.

Four individuals were treated for their wounds at Elliot Hospital. Patch reportedly spoke to a few of the people in the van waiting outside the hospital lawn who confirmed they were with the rapper’s crew.

“Manchester police and New Hampshire State Police are currently investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the early morning hours of July 16,” police posted to social media. “Detectives from both agencies are working jointly on this case due to initial information indicating that the incident occurred in Manchester and on Interstate 293.”
