The young boy was attacked by two pit bulls in Detroit, resulting in the amputation of both of his arms and severe injuries to his leg and foot. After spending two months in the hospital and undergoing numerous surgeries, Romell finally returned home in May. His primary wish upon his recovery was to connect with his favorite artist, a request that Kendrick Lamar was more than happy to fulfill.
