DaniLeigh's Brother Addresses Stalled DaBaby Bowling Alley Assault Case: 'Ain't Nobody A Snitch Here'

After being caught on the receiving end of DaBaby’s punches at a Los Angeles bowling alley on February 9, DaniLeigh’s brother Brandon Bills had reportedly sought legal action against the “BOP” rapper.

But on Monday (April 18), TMZ reported the investigation had stalled following Bills’ refusal to cooperate with authorities. However, Bills took to social media on Tuesday (April 19) to inform the public he was never cooperating with the police because he’s not a snitch.

“I wake up this morning to a whole bunch of news, a whole bunch of people tagging me,” he said in an Instagram clip shared by The Shade Room. “I was never cooperating, yo know? I was never gonna cooperate. I was never gonna put nobody in jail. I been to jail myself, I’m not gonna put nobody in that situation, you feel me? So, all y’all talkin’ all that snitch shit, y’all might as well quit to that ’cause ain’t nobody a snitch here. Never will be a snitch, never was a snitch.”

He went on to say that when he was approached by authorities following his altercation with DaBaby, he simply told police to look at the video since it went viral.

The fight ensued at the Corbin Ball bowling alley in Topanga, California, which subsequently banned DaBaby from ever stepping foot inside their establishment ever again. The throwdown supposedly started after Bills confronted DaBaby over his alleged mistreatment of his sister DaniLeigh throughout the course of their relationship. DaBaby then threw a drink at Bills, before he beat him to the ground and left his face battered and bloody.

One of the bowling alley’s mechanics claimed it took hours for him to scrub up the dried-up beverage DaBaby had thrown at Bills, and Corbin Ball also had to pay $250 to properly sanitize the lanes and re-oil them following the incident. Law enforcement sources got involved because DaBaby could have allegedly been charged for assault with a deadly weapon since Bills was kicked in the head while he was already on the ground.

The platinum-selling rapper was also involved in another violent incident earlier in April when an intruder scaled the wall of his Troutman, North Carolina home. DaBay ended up shooting the man in the leg before he called 911 and cooperated with police.
