Young Buck Responds To 50 Cent's Latest Instagram Jab With 'It's Nothing' Diss

Young Buck and 50 Cent are up to their old ways. Shortly after the former G-Unit Records artist was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee for allegedly vandalizing his ex-girlfriend’s vehicle, the Power executive clowned his former partner-in-rhyme on Instagram.

On Thursday (February 3), Fiddy shared Buck’s mugshot and wrote, “Buck B-Unit Bi sexual Unit. Leave that girl alone, she didn’t know he had all this shit going on none of us did And He best be coming up wit my money.”

In retaliation, Young Buck has dropped a new track that comes with a line directly aimed at 50 Cent titled “It’s Nothing,” presumably a reference to his latest legal problem. The track arrived on Friday (February 4) and finds the 40-year-old rapper taking a dig at his ex-label boss with, “Ima keep it a buck, you just 50 Cent.”

50 Cent and Young Buck have been quarreling for years, mostly over Fiddy’s belief Buck is a closeted homosexual who once had an intimate relationship with a trans woman. But in March 2021, Buck claimed their fractured friendship had all been a rouse.

“We ain’t got no muthafuckin’ beef,” he said in the since-deleted clip. “You understand me? That’s what you muthafuckas get ’cause you muthafuckas are always chasing this beef shit, and then we done played y’all muthafuckin’ ass. Whole time, bro.

“We made all you muthafuckas think that it’s beef and we don’t like each other. I just got off the phone with the n-gga. We just shot a video yesterday. About to drop it and give it to the world. … This social media shit got you people fucked up. Y’all got played this time.”

50 Cent Has Returned For Young Buck’s Throat With Salacious Twitter Post

Six months later, AllHipHop reported Buck is still signed to G-Unit Records and owes 50 Cent two additional albums. According to documents in Young Buck’s bankruptcy case, 50 Cent wanted to collect on a $250,000 debt Buck supposedly owes and two albums he never finished for G-Unit. 50 claims Buck signed a two-year agreement in 2014, which would begin after the delivery of the first album.

But because of Young Buck and 50 Cent’s ongoing feud, Buck refused to produce any music under the agreement with G-Unit. 50 Cent also claimed Buck has been recording singles and mixtapes, further violating their recording agreement. Last July, Buck dropped an album called 40 Days and 40 Nights, which had nothing to do with the longtime Hip Hop label. “It’s Nothing” serves as the latest release from the Tennessee native.
