Jack Harlow says he wasn’t out partying with Lou Williams, who left the NBA bubble for personal reasons. After posting a photo of himself with the Los Angeles Clippers guard, Harlow clarified the origin of the picture by saying it wasn’t a recent shot.
“That was an old pic of me and Lou,” he wrote in a since-deleted tweet. “I was just reminiscing cuz I miss him.”
Harlow posted the picture with Williams on his Instagram Stories but ended up deleting it. He captioned the photo “a location you would never guess,”
Although Harlow said the photo is old, it was clearly taken during the COVID-19 pandemic since both men are wearing masks.
People have been advised to wear masks for months, so Harlow and Williams may have linked up before the NBA began its relaunch of the 2019-2020 season at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando.
On Friday (July 24), Williams paid tribute to a family member who passed away last week via Instagram Stories. His post indicated his personal reasons for leaving the NBA bubble were related to the death in his family.
“Glad I had an opportunity to say goodbye OG,” he wrote.
