In the latest released segment of the sit-down he filmed with Vlad TV last month, the outspoken entertainer confirmed he was filing a lawsuit against Facebook and Instagram owner Mark Zuckerberg for keeping his page offline. According to Boosie, the billionaire is holding a personal vendetta against him and he thinks it’s because he previously called him “Mark Zuckerburger.”
“I got over 200,000 people writing statements who have done way worser things than I put on my Instagram and they Instagram has been given to them – taken back and given to them over and over,” Boosie explained. “This is my first time my Instagram ever been tooken from me! So you can give other 2 million people their Instagram back for derogatory things they did and I didn’t do nothing but post a girl with an emoji over her? This is discrimination! Something is wrong. Somebody must be mad because I said they name wrong and they tryna chastise me.”
Boosie’s original Instagram account was deleted in August because of the frequent sexual content displayed on his popular Instagram Live streams. Now he says his new account doesn’t even have the ability to go live – another issue he’s blaming Zuckerberg for.
In September, the Louisiana native attempted to offer the billionaire Facebook founder $100,000 to get his page back, but the move was unsuccessful. A week later, he announced he was going to sue.
“I STARTED A NEW IG @boosienewig n they stopped my live soon as shaderoom posted it,” he wrote on Twitter. “I HAVENT POSTED NOTHIN R WENT LIVE this is discrimination/racial etc. IM SUEING CALLING DREW NOW.”
According to TMZ, Boosie has not yet filed the suit, however.
