Miami, FL – Megan Thee Stallion and DaBaby haven’t been on good terms since the KIRK rapper teamed up with Tory Lanez for the “SKAT” video last month. After getting into a public spat on Twitter, they both unfollowed each other on social media, bringing their once congenial relationship to an end.
In what appeared to be an effort to rub salt in Megan’s proverbial wounds, DaBaby decided to bring out Lanez during his set at Rolling Loud Miami on Sunday (July 25), shortly after Megan performed. But it wasn’t immediately obvious — Lanez’s identity was initially concealed by a giant costume.
“I’ll give somebody out here a million dollars if they can guess who in here,” DaBaby said. From there, Lanez was helped out of the costume to mixed reactions from the crowd.

Tory Lanez stands accused of shooting Megan Thee Stallion in July 2020 following a wild night out with Kylie Jenner that resulted in the Toronto native’s arrest.
Last November, Lanez pleaded not guilty to two felony charges — assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle — and continues to maintain his innocence.
But there are plenty of people who stand with Megan, which was obvious when someone in the audience chucked a shoe at DaBaby’s head midway through his performance.

Megan Thee Stallion and DaBaby previously collaborated on songs such as “Cash Shit,” “Nasty” and “Cry Baby.” But following the “SKAT” video drop, DaBaby seemingly retweeted a post making light of the Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion shooting debacle.
The post read, “I guess @DaBabyDaBaby and @torylanez cool now bc the both shot somebody and don’t have to do no jail time.”
DaBaby quickly blamed it on a glitch in the matrix with, “Idk what type of Illuminati shit Twitter got goin on…I ain’t retweeted nothing but ‘Ball If I Want To’ promo. I ain’t retweet that silly shit. Then once ppl start tagging me and I saw it and tried to delete it and undo the retweet Twitter didn’t let me. Type shit yall on?”
Megan replied, “Support me in private and publicly do something different…these industry men are very strange. This situation ain’t no damn ‘beef’ and I really wish people would stop down playing it like it’s some internet shit for likes and retweets.”
With DaBaby’s latest move, it doesn’t look like a reconciliation is in the cards.
